Catalogue reference · HD2402
HD2402 curved sofa
The supplier specification lists a three-seat + chaise configuration at 3600 × 1320 × 760 mm (approximately 141.7 × 52.0 × 29.9 in), in the source's dimension order, with a leather-and-fabric combination.
Approve the W/D/H drawing, orientation and material swatches before using this reference for an order.

Catalogue reference · FX-6024
FX-6024 curved modular sofa
The 2026 catalogue provides the curved seating design and alternate view. Exact model-linked dimensions, frame and packing specifications still require confirmation; a visually similar sofa is not a substitute specification.

Specification checklist
Information needed for an accurate sofa quotation
Send the same brief to each supplier. Use this checklist to identify scope differences before comparing unit prices or order totals.
| Product | Model references, dimensions, seating configuration, functions and intended use. Use the same drawing revision and seating configuration for every supplier. |
|---|---|
| Materials | Upholstery type and colour, frame requirements, preferred foam and comfort level, legs, hardware and mechanisms. Record material codes and agreed material checks; identify proposed substitutions. |
| Commercial Scope | Estimated quantity by model, target market, buyer type and branding requirements. Ask for currency, quote validity, payment terms and sample or development charges. |
| Compliance | Applicable testing, labelling and market requirements for us to review. Confirm report scope, included tests and responsibility for extra testing costs. |
| Logistics | Destination, packaging expectations, carton marks, assembly instructions and target delivery window. Specify the delivery term and freight, insurance, duties or local-delivery exclusions. |
| Indicative schedule | Sampling and production schedules are confirmed after materials, quantity, functions and approval requirements are clear. Record who approves each sample revision and when the production schedule starts. |

Sofa details to record in the worksheets
- Configuration reference
- Model or drawing revision, dimensions and units, seating layout, and any motion or reclining functions.
- Material references
- Upholstery code and colour, frame and cushioning requirements, plus the reference used to review comfort.
- Sample decisions
- Checks requested, reviewer, approval date and unresolved changes. Identify the approved drawing or sample reference.
- Packing and labels
- Artwork revision, protective packing, carton marks and assembly information required for your distribution plan.
Specify the evidence you want to review
Ask which drawings, sample records, inspection checkpoints and packing specifications can be provided for your selected model.
If you require a test report, agree the product and testing scope with the team. Confirm how any component document applies to the finished sofa.
Attach the worksheets and model references so the team can review the order requirements.
Quality and export readiness
Control the details buyers cannot fix after shipment
The inspection plan should follow the approved sample and written specification. Buyer-appointed third-party inspection can also be coordinated when requested.
- Checks of incoming materials and colour references
- Frame, dimensions and structural checkpoints
- Foam, upholstery, stitching and appearance checks
- Mechanism and functional checks where applicable
- Final appearance, quantity and packaging inspection
- Shipping marks, labels and loading requirements
Packaging is specified, not assumed
We review product protection, carton construction, protective materials, assembly instructions, barcode labels and use of container space against your distribution requirements.
Final packaging and delivery commitments remain subject to written confirmation for the selected model, order quantity and destination.
Material decisions before quotation
Specify faux leather, leather or fabric—not just a color
If your custom sofa brief calls for faux leather, identify the proposed material, such as PU or PVC, and its supplier code. A leather-look photograph does not establish composition or durability. Ask the team to confirm suitable options for the selected design before approving a swatch.
Identify each surface
Record the material and color code for seats, arms, back and non-contact panels. For mixed upholstery, mark the material boundaries on a drawing; do not assume the whole sofa uses the same covering.
Compare a physical sample
Review texture, sheen, seam position and color together with seat comfort. Record the approved swatch and sample revision so repeat orders have a clear reference.
Agree the evidence
State intended use and cleaning expectations. If performance or market documentation is required, agree the test scope and confirm which material or finished-sofa configuration it covers. No certification is implied by a catalogue image.
For US buying briefs, include dimensions in inches and millimeters, destination ZIP code, quantity by model, sales channel and required labeling. Confirm carton dimensions, count and shipping volume separately from the assembled sofa dimensions.
Production archive · Buyer verification
See the details behind the buying brief
Archive photographs provided by Lenatees show foam-cutting equipment, frame construction and packed cartons. Use them to define what you need to inspect for your selected sofa; they are not inspection results for FX-6024 or HD2402.

For US importers: agree the drawing revision, measurements in mm/in, destination ZIP code, sales channel, labels and packaging requirements. Confirm carton sizes, carton count, net/gross weight and total shipping volume before booking freight. These fields are not established by the archive photographs.

Procurement FAQ
Questions buyers ask before sourcing custom sofas
Can you manufacture sofas under our brand?
We can review your private-label requirements when preparing a quotation. Include your branding, labelling, packaging and market compliance requirements in the product brief.
Can you develop a sofa from a photo or drawing?
Reference images, drawings and technical packs can support an initial feasibility review. Final production requires confirmed specifications and an approved sample.
What is the MOQ for a custom sofa order?
The MOQ depends on the model, materials, colours, mechanisms and overall order. We confirm it after reviewing the specification and estimated quantity.
How long do sampling and production take?
The schedule depends on the materials, product complexity, quantity and number of approval rounds. We provide an indicative timeline once the project scope is clear, subject to written confirmation.
What should I send for a quotation?
Send model references, dimensions, upholstery, quantities, destination, packaging, applicable standards and your target delivery window.
How should I compare sofa supplier quotations?
Compare the total for the same order specification. Ask for written inclusions, exclusions and substitutions, covering sample or development fees, testing, packing and freight. Confirm sample approval responsibilities and when production timing begins; resolve open differences before selecting a supplier.
Can a third party inspect the order?
Buyer-appointed inspection requirements can be discussed before order confirmation so access, timing and inspection criteria can be coordinated.
