Final materials, finishes, hardware and dimensions follow the project BOQ and approved drawings.

Bed and bedside images are physical product references from our archive; other images show room settings. Confirm model, dimensions, material and intended-use requirements for every selected item.
Guest room tables & casegoods
Specify the table around its task.
Choosing a supplier for guest room tables? Send an item schedule that distinguishes bedside storage, work surfaces and lounge tables.
- Bedside tables / nightstands
- Set the top height against the finished mattress, allow drawer-opening space and mark lamp or charging locations.
- Desks / work tables
- Confirm the worktop footprint, chair tuck-in space, cable route and any wall fixing before drawing approval.
- Coffee / side tables
- Check the footprint against the sofa or lounge chair, the tabletop finish and clear space for circulation.

Details you can bring into the brief.
Use these product photographs to discuss bed-base coordination and dimensional checks. Agree the model-specific drawing and sample before approving a room package.

This is a planning example only. Every project is quoted from its own room schedule, specifications and drawings.
Define the package.
Then compare the quote.
Use a separate furniture schedule for king, twin and suite rooms. The example above is a starting point, not a fixed bundle or published price.
01 / Room-by-room scope
List what the furniture quote covers.
Record each item, quantity per room, room count and finish. Identify shared twin-room nightstands, suite seating and any replacement-only items separately.
02 / Explicit inclusions
Do not assume the extras are included.
List mattresses, lighting, power modules, appliances and installation separately. Confirm supply and installation responsibilities in writing, along with packing, delivery terms and the destination.
For U.S. hotel procurement teams
Three approvals before a room package moves forward.
Compare hotel room furniture suppliers against the same schedule. Keep the approved furniture scope separate from installation, lighting, appliances and other items unless they are expressly included.
01 / Dimensions & interfaces
Approve the room fit.
List each item code, quantity and overall dimensions. Include mattress dimensions, wall mounting, outlet locations, cable access and housekeeping clearance. If drawings use inches and millimeters, identify which units control.
02 / Finishes & sample
Approve a clear reference.
Confirm substrate, finish, upholstery, hardware and the physical sample or mock-up required. Identify the project’s performance requirements and request model-specific evidence; a general certificate is not approval of every product.
03 / Packing & delivery scope
Approve the handover.
Confirm knock-down or assembled delivery, carton size and count, room/item labels, spare parts and installation instructions. Separate production milestones from transit, customs and site receiving arrangements.
