Check room interfaces before choosing a casegoods manufacturer
Ask each manufacturer to explain how the proposed furniture fits the room. These three checks turn a general capability discussion into specific drawing and sample decisions.
Headboard & bedside units
Provide the bed position, finished wall dimensions and outlet or reading-light locations. Ask for a coordinated elevation showing service openings and the proposed fixing detail; confirm who checks wall backing and installs each component.
Wardrobe & storage
Mark door swing, adjacent furniture and site dimensions on the plan. Ask for internal clearances and hardware references in the shop drawing, then check access and door operation against the approved sample or mock-up.
Minibar & beverage cabinet
Identify the actual appliance model and provide its installation instructions. Ask the manufacturer to show ventilation, cable routing and maintenance access; keep appliance supply and installation responsibilities explicit in the quotation.
