Each order moves from a confirmed brief and approved sample through production, quality control, export packing and container loading.
Range brief
Build a SKU schedule with quantities by model and finish, target country, buyer type and items that must ship together. Ask for the manufacturing or sourcing scope of each SKU.
Quotation
Confirm materials and specifications, then request MOQ, unit price, approval milestones and packing assumptions by SKU. Keep sample, label or packing charges separate and confirm the delivery scope. Use the blank quotation comparison (CSV, English) to compare supplier scope.
Sample
Record the approved drawing revision, sample reference, material or finish code, packing reference and approval owner for each SKU. Confirm changes in writing before production.
Production QC
Check dimensions, finish, quantity, hardware and carton details against the SKU and approved revision. Record issues, agreed corrective actions and recheck results before releasing affected items for packing.
Container
Reconcile quantities with carton count, packed dimensions and gross weight by SKU. Confirm carton labels, package-to-SKU references, loading plan and shipping documents against the final packing list.
