How are construction and material requirements agreed for Lenatees' luxury sofas?
We review the frame construction, foam, upholstery, hardware and any fire-performance requirements against the approved sample and written specification. If your destination or project requires CA TB117-2013, BS 5852 or another standard, specify the exact test scope. This allows us to confirm the available material documentation and any testing needed before we prepare a quotation.
Can I customise the size, configuration and upholstery?
Yes. Send your required dimensions, seating configuration, upholstery preferences, colour references and any mechanism or hardware requirements. We review the drawings and material samples, then use an approved pre-production sample to confirm the final production specification.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The minimum order quantity depends on the sofa model, the degree of customisation, the selected material, packing method and destination. Include your expected quantity and project schedule in the brief so we can confirm the minimum order and prepare a quotation for your specification.
